These bands looked a little hokey to me and definitely wouldn't have bought some without trying them out.
The manager showed me how they cables can be changed and also how the plastic handle is better for your wrists? They were very expensive for exercise tubing but they are supposed to last for a long time.

I also recommend the lifeline pullup revolution. I bought this with the cable and it is perfect for my wife to practice pullups on (because she can't do any and apparently that's a big deal). You can set that baby to a short length and even she can do 10 reps with it now. (Posted on 11-03-27)

great selection of weight from 10-100lbs. The door anchor is awesome too for adding to the exercises. When I bought the cable Flaman's gave me an anchor for free too.
