Attach your suspension trainer to a secure anchor point that can support your body weight. Indoors, you can use sturdy beams, weight racks, or heavy bag mounts. Outdoors, you can hook up to a suitable railing, tree or fence. Of course, doors work for both indoor and outdoor training. It’s best that you use a solid door that opens away from you. Anchor it on the far side of the door, closer to the hinge. Make sure the door is closed – even locked. There are a variety of different anchors available for different anchor points. Find the proper one for you.
