Bowflex 310 lb. upgrade

Got Questions? We Can Help

Have you maxed out your 210 lbs of resistance on your Bowflex? The Bowflex 310 power rod upgrade upgrades your Bowflex from 210 lbs of resistance to 310 lbs by adding two 50lb rods that screw into your rod box. Compatible with the Bowflex PR3000, Extreme SE, Ultimate, Extreme 2 SE, and Ultimate 2.

Maxed Out No More

*The 310lb upgrade and 410lb upgrade both consist of two 50lb power-rods. The difference between the 310 and 410 upgrades is simply where the two power-rods attach to the power rod box. The 410 slides onto the back of the box while the 310 inserts into the two open holes in the power-rod box. If your power rod box on your homegym does not have open holes or a spot on the back to slide an upgade in to - your model is not upgradable.

QA/QC
Questionable QA/QC practices and inconsistent customer service. The product broke on it's third use... The failed rod also broke the mounting box it attaches to.

In the process of going through a warranty claim. Will update when I see how customer service responds.

Initial word was that they have the part available and that they will replace the broken part. Was then told the part is not in stock and a new one is being ordered. I asked for confirmation if the part is available in stock. I was asked to check and see if the store had inventory... I explained that I am unable to confirm Flaman inventory... It has been a few days now with no word (despite a supposed one day response policy).

Piece of crap
Had these rods for 3 months and they both snapped on me. Went back to flaman to excahange then and they did after asking hundreds of questions trying to see if they were used inappropriately. It's been 5 month since, and they are still working but don't keep straight anymore. Would have bought a different maching all together.

Working on My Fitness
I bought the Bowflex Xtreme 2 a few years back and recently picked up the rod upgrade.
I found the 210lb rod box to be more than enough for most workouts but needed to add 50lbs per side to push myself.
The rods were a piece of cake to install - had them in in about 15 minutes.
